Academics

Two accredited pathways — American / US Diploma and the French National Curriculum — from first steps in Pre-KG to graduation.

Curriculum overview

One campus.
Two world-class sections.

Families at JIS choose the pathway that fits their child’s future: an American program leading to a credit-based US High School Diploma, or the French Section, following the French National Curriculum from Petite Maternelle to the Baccalauréat. Both sections share our campus, our values and our standard of care — and every student studies Arabic, with Islamic Studies for Muslim students, alongside English and French.

  • Standards-based teaching, continuously reviewed and improved
  • English as a Second Language (ESL) support at every stage
  • PSAT, SAT and TOEFL preparation; College Board member school
  • Detailed handbooks and guidance manuals for Grades 9–12
